Version 1.2 (January 27, 2026)
What's new

• Support for macOS 26 Tahoe — Full compatibility with the new “Liquid Glass” design. Icons are displayed with optimal quality and accurate colors.
• Keyboard navigation — Navigate your apps without leaving the keyboard:
 - Press Enter to activate selection mode (a blue border surrounds the selected icon)
 - Use the arrow keys to move the selection between icons
 - Press Enter again to launch the selected app

• Improved search — When a search returns only one result, simply press Enter to open it instantly.
• New “Popular Apps” filter — View your apps sorted by frequency of use. Configurable period (7, 30, or 90 days) in preferences. This feature requires “Full Disk Access” in System Settings.

Improvements

• Hiding applications — Hidden applications are now also invisible in the Finder (/Applications).
• Instant unhiding — Unhidden applications reappear immediately in their alphabetical place, without restarting Padly.
• Context menu — Added a new “Open” option.
• Fixed an issue that prevented wallpaper colors from being saved to the configuration file.


Version 1.1 (August 30, 2025)

• New options in Settings:
- Password protection: You can now protect access to hidden apps with your password or TouchID (biometric support).
- Keep Padly open: Choose whether Padly should remain open or close automatically after launching an app.

• Improvements:
- Improved app stability.
