HideMyApps!

Run your applications with your session...

This tool, available in French and English (depending on the language of your system), offers the possibility of restoring a functionality that has disappeared since macOS Ventura: the ability to hide certain applications when starting the session. It goes even further by ensuring that hidden apps don't appear in the macOS "Recent Items" menu. Let yourself be guided by the Setup Assistant, then drop in the applications you want to open automatically (hidden or not) with your session.
